The ordinances pertaining to Planning and Zoning are now available online from the Minerva Park website.

Planning and Zoning meetings are regularly scheduled for the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm. More information can be found on the official Minerva Park website.
I wanted to make it clear that the town hall meeting at Hawthorne Elementary School on November 3 is NOT a recognized or condoned town meeting by the Village of Minerva Park.
ReplyDeleteThe flyer announcing the meeting is actually campaign literature which was produced by Mr. Benedetti and distributed by himself and his supporters. The question has been raised by residences and other candidates if the front of the flyer violates the Franklin County Board of Election ethics rules since the notice gives the false appearance of an official notice by the Village of Minerva Park and not campaign literature from Mr. Benedetti.
I am not discouraging residents from attending the Benedetti town hall meeting, but did want to make it understood that this meeting has been organized, and will be run by Mr. Benedetti and therefore must be viewed as not a “meet the candidates night”, but political maneuvering and propaganda for the purpose of electing Mr. Benedetti to Council.

Charles, I wanted to thank you for stopping over so we could talk! NOT! I am sure your not happy about the Town Hall Meeting and that is what is says on the flyer.Not advertised as a village event. No i do think you need a permit just like every one else that the mayor and her people on council have harassed over the years.You have bus. in your house you work on peoples equipment in your house just like it shows in the pic.But if others do you should do so as well. Propaganda! have you read the Villager and Lynn information lies and propaganda. This mayor will lie right to your face. I have a couple of examples where she has lied on paper. She is reckless look at the law suits. There is a new one that just hit the books. The F.O P has serious concerns about the Mayor and the police department and the direction there headed. The mayor in 2007 in the villager reported that the police had the right to pull people over on adjacent roads.But at the Jason Gross appeal hearing she said that the police were not aloud to pull people over.
